Pricing depends on the size of your home, the type of pest, and the level of service needed. We provide clear, upfront pricing before any service is performed. No surprises.

5. How often should pest control be done?

 

Most homes benefit from quarterly service to maintain protection year-round. However, certain pest issues (like German cockroaches or rodents) may require an initial treatment plan before moving into maintenance.

We’ll recommend what actually makes sense for your home — nothing more.

6. Are treatments safe for kids and pets?

 

Yes. We use professional-grade products that are applied carefully and according to label guidelines.

In most cases, you and your pets can remain home during service. If any precautions are needed, we’ll clearly explain them beforehand.

7. What should I expect during my first service?

 

Your initial service includes:

  • Inspection of the property

  • Removal of wasp nests and spider webbing

  • Treatment of exterior perimeter

  • Treatment of interior (as needed)

  • Granular treatment of yard (as needed)

  • Treatment of ant mounds (as needed)

  • Identification of potential pest entry points

  • Clear explanation of what we’re doing and why

For most homes, the initial treatment takes between 40 and 60 minutes.

8. What if pests come back between visits?

 

If you’re on a maintenance plan and pests return between scheduled treatments, just contact us. We’ll come back and address the issue at no additional charge!

9. Do you treat both inside and outside?

 

Yes. Exterior treatment is the foundation of long-term pest control, but interior treatment is always available as needed. We customize each service to your situation.

10. Do you offer one-time services?

 

Yes. We offer both one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance plans. We’ll explain the pros and cons of each so you can decide what works best for you.

11. Can I cancel service at any time?

 

Yes. Because we don’t require long-term contracts, you can cancel service anytime. We simply ask for reasonable notice before your next scheduled visit.

12. Do you provide commercial pest control?

 

At this time, we focus exclusively on serving Dallas homeowners. This allows us to stay specialized and deliver the highest level of service to residential clients.

13. How long does a service appointment take?

 

Most routine services take between 20–40 minutes, depending on property size and scope of treatment.

14. Do I have to be home for every service?

 

No. You'll need to be home for the initial service, after that we can typically complete maintenance services without anyone home so long as we can access the entire perimeter of the home and yard.
