How Our General Pest Control Plan Works
1. Comprehensive Initial Service:
We start with a detailed initial treatment (inside + outside) designed to knock down current pest activity and establish protection around your home.
2. Seasonal Maintenance Visits:
We return once per season (spring, summer, fall, winter) to maintain protection and adjust treatment for seasonal pest activity.
3. Free Re-Services (For Covered Pests):
If covered pests come back between scheduled visits, we’ll come back at no additional charge!
4. What’s Covered (and What’s Not):
Our general pest control plan covers most common Texas household pests. Specialty pests like rodents, termites, bed bugs, and mosquitoes are not included unless added separately.

Have a question? Here are the most common ones we get about our General Pest Control plan:
1️⃣ Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as we have access to the yard and any necessary gates are unlocked, you do not need to be home. We’ll notify you when we’re on the way and when service is complete.
2️⃣ Will you treat inside my home?
Yes. The initial visit includes both interior and exterior treatment. Ongoing visits focus on the exterior unless you’re experiencing activity inside — in that case, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
3️⃣ What pests are included in the plan?
Our General Pest Control plan covers most common Texas household pests, including ants, spiders, cockroaches, wasps, silverfish, and earwigs. Rodents are included IF the Exterior Rodent Control Add-On is selected. Mosquitoes, termites, bed bugs, and rodents are not included - we have separate services for those!
4️⃣ What happens if I see pests between visits?
Just call or text us. If it’s a covered pest, we’ll return at no additional charge.
5️⃣ How often do you service?
We service your home once each season — typically four times per year — to stay ahead of seasonal pest activity.
6️⃣ Is this a contract?
No. Our plan is a monthly subscription with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime.
7️⃣ Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use professional products applied according to manufacturer and Texas Department of Agriculture instructions. We recommend keeping people and pets inside during service and for about one hour afterward.
